2. Purpose of the site

Pogon is an umbrella brand for business applications and systems connecting expert knowledge, documents and data, automation, business and financial analytics, and AI. The site is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, availability guarantee, or commitment to release a product.

3. Products in development

Products marked as in development, prototype, test, or experimental may change in name, appearance, functionality, availability, and commercial terms without notice. Presentation is not a public promise or offer to contract.

4. No professional advice

Site content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice, an expert opinion on a specific project, a promise of grants, incentives, financing, or results, or a substitute for individual analysis. A professional service exists only when separately agreed.

5. Contact by email

The published email address is for communication about products, services, and potential cooperation. Sending a message does not create a contract, adviser-client relationship, obligation to accept work, or guaranteed response. 6. Permitted use

Use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Pogon name and identity, text, graphics, design, code, product descriptions, and content organization are owned by SP10 or used with permission. Viewing for personal and internal business purposes is allowed; other copying or commercial use requires prior written consent unless law provides otherwise.

8. Messages and materials

By submitting content, you confirm you may provide it, that it is not unlawful, misleading, or malicious, and that it does not violate third-party rights. Submission alone does not create a confidentiality obligation unless previously agreed or required by law.

9. Accuracy

We seek to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee completeness, error-free content, or immediate alignment with changes in law, public calls, markets, technology, or products. Content may change without notice.

10. Artificial intelligence

AI outputs depend on input data, sources, configuration, and model limitations and may require human or expert verification. We do not claim they are infallible, complete, or suitable for decisions without review.

11. Availability and infrastructure

The site uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, DNS, and protection. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Downtime may result from maintenance, errors, provider or network issues, attacks, force majeure, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

12. External sites

Third-party links do not mean we control or guarantee their content, security, availability, or operations. Use them at your own risk and under their terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SP10 is not liable for damage caused by reliance on general information, decisions without expert analysis, downtime, technical errors, message loss, external sites, legal or market changes, unreviewed AI outputs, or changes to products in development. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the site rules. Read it before sending a message.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for changes in the site, business, technology, products, or law. The current version and date will be published here and apply from publication unless stated otherwise.

16. Governing law and disputes

Serbian law applies. We will seek an amicable resolution; otherwise the competent court in Novi Sad has jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Severability

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. The invalid provision will, where possible, be replaced by a valid one closest to its purpose.
